EVENT: Join SPJ Colorado Pro’s live webinar with journalists and judges on covering the courts

Journalist: Does your beat include the courts? Do you have questions about covering the law or the work of judges?

On March 11, the Society of Professional Journalists Colorado Professional Chapter will present “Covering the Courts,” a free webinar featuring legal affairs journalists from across the country who will be providing tips for covering the courts. Plus, state and federal judges will also be sharing their perspectives.

Among the panelists is SPJ Colorado Pro board member Michael Karlik, judicial reporter at Colorado Politics and the Gazette newspapers.

This two-hour event will feature three 40-minute panels in a row, so drop in for any or all of it.

When: Wednesday, March 11, from 10 a.m. to noon MT.

You can choose to register without providing your name or outlet/employer, but you must enter an email address so you can receive the webinar link. If you have any questions you would like the panelists to answer, you can write them when you register.
